In the handover test and preventive test of power equipment, the low-voltage testing items of circuit breakers usually include mechanical characteristic testing and circuit resistance testing. To complete the testing task, two sets of equipment are usually carried for testing. Even though a few devices support two testing functions, most of them can only perform single-phase circuit resistance each time, and the wiring and operation are slightly cumbersome, and the work efficiency needs to be improved. The local design team has many years of on-site work experience and has a full understanding and comprehension of the actual situation mentioned above. Through hardware design and software optimization, a targeted solution has been proposed. On the premise of retaining a single testing function, an innovative intelligent testing mode has been implemented. This mode not only meets the testing needs on site, but also greatly simplifies wiring and operation. With the support of real-time voice broadcasting by real people and wireless control by intelligent devices, the testing process is more concise, convenient, and efficient.
